A video series for the Department of Primary Industries, Tasmania

Primary Industries Ad Campaign

DP: Angus Ashton, Daniel Peek, Director, Editor: Daniel Peek

A series of web videos by Ashton & Peek for the Department of Primary Industries, Tasmania.

What we delivered:

Angus Ashton Film provided videography in Tasmania for the video ad campaign along with Director Daniel Peek who led and edited the piece. Filming took place around the state over 3 days in locations such as Strahan, Launceston and Cressy. The final clips were delivered to DPIPWE for use on their social media channels.

This ad campaign represents DPIPWE’s move to champion support and encouragement for females in operational and field roles, where women have traditionally been under-represented. The series of web clips depict and celebrate the work carried out by female DPIPWE staff in a variety of roles in the field throughout the state. The first video features Emily, a Research Microbiologist, who works in the development of vaccinations to help fish remain disease-free and healthy.
