The primary focus of this case study video is highlighting how Honda transformed its dealership model, creating a centralized customer experience. The car buying experience in Australia has not changed significantly in the last 20 years. Honda recognized that this model did not deliver on the customer experience it wanted to create for its customers. Honda now has an entirely new customer experience, with a focus on making the car buying and ownership journey a simple and joyful one for customers. Sydney Content Marketing agency, Storyation, engaged Angus Ashton Film to provide production and post for the video.
With direction from Storyation, we shot and edited the piece with a very quick turnaround. Filming took place over a day in April 2022. The final piece was used by Honda and Deloitte on their online channels.
